HOW WE GOT HERE
THE STORY BEHIND IMPERIUM.
Built from experience as an athlete. Strengthened by years on the other side of recruiting.
2019 — WHERE IT ALL STARTED.
While playing professional volleyball in Switzerland, I founded Imperium Recruiting to help young volleyball athletes navigate a process that often feels confusing and overwhelming.
2022–2026 — A NEW PERSPECTIVE.
I stepped away from Imperium to coach collegiate volleyball alongside my husband, Jesse. That experience deepened my understanding of how coaches evaluate athletes, build rosters, and make recruiting decisions.
2026 — BACK WITH A BIGGER PURPOSE.
Imperium is returning with a clearer mission: to give athletes and families honest guidance, practical tools, and a personalized plan for finding the right college volleyball opportunity.
